Special event Thursday 28th August
We will meet from 6.00pm till 7.30pm for our usual social get together. The second part of the evening, however, will feature a special event:
From 7.30pm till about 9.30pm we will have an open committee meeting, to which everyone will be welcome.
The main topic of discussion will be consideration of slogans for:
1/ A billboard, which ideally we hope to place on a major roadway
2/ Bumper stickers
3/ T shirts
4/ Fliers
Everyone is invited to make suggestions for these slogans.
For the billboard, the slogan should be no more than ten words, ideally less. Bumper stickers and T shirts should be no more than six words. Fliers should be less than 40 words.

In July we will put the suggestions to a vote to identify the five most popular slogans. These will then be discussed on the evening with a vote to determine which are the most suitable.

Dinner and drinks, as always, will be available at the venue.
Strattons is a stone throw away from Museum Station, with Town Hall Station close by. There are many bus stops close by. Parking is available at 175 Liverpool Street for $9.00 after 5.00pm.6.00pm till 7.30pm for our usual social get together on this evening.
