Membership is open to everyone and is free! To join, all you need to do is to attend one of our meetings and fill out a membership application form. Once lodged, your application will be tabled and endorsed at the next Committee meeting. We’ll then send you an email confirming your membership status. Note that, in order to become a member, you’ll need to agree to the Sydney Atheists objects and rules. If you have any questions about membership, our secretary is happy to help.

 

Why join Sydney Atheists? Simple: so you can have a voice and the active support of an organised body of atheist and atheist-friendly people who think like you do and who want to make a positive secular difference in the community. All our meetings and actions are open to anyone who is interested. Remember, the only way to make a genuine difference is to get involved!

 

 

If you aren’t yet ready to be a member, you can keep up to date on what Sydney Atheist activities are doing by subscribing to our newsletters and podcasts as they become available each month. Subscription is free and can be arranged by emailing subscriptions@sydneyatheists.org. 

 

 

You can donate to Sydney Atheists through either online with your credit card via PayPal or by making a direct deposit to our St George Bank account. Please see our donations page for details . We are a strictly non-profit organisation and all donations are used to support the activities of Sydney Atheists. Deposits via PayPal are in accordance with PayPal’s terms and conditions which include the deduction of PayPal’s handling fee.

 

 

Sydney Atheists treats its obligation to maintain and protect its member and subscriber  informaion seriously. That information is not available to the public. Members may apply to the Secretary for permission to view a copy of the membership register.
